In this talk, I will introduce a new method of estimating oscillatory integrals. This is based on Basu, Guo, Zhang, and Zorin-kranich's work which rely on some tools from real algebraic o-minimal geometry. By obtaining new estimate for oscillatory integrals, they proved new result for Tarry's problem which is a kind of restriction problems.
