We review the paper "Improved Improved bounds for Stein's square functions" by Lee, Rogers, and Seeger. By the square functions, we mean the square function for the Bochner-Reisz mean. The authors make use of bilinear adjoint restriction estimates to show $L^2$ weighted norm inequalities, which yields the improved bounds for the square functions.
